Definitions & caveats
- Booking rate = booked ÷ (booked + unbooked) inbound calls (ServiceTitan standard; excused & not-lead calls excluded).
- Conversion rate = completed jobs with an invoice > $0 ÷ completed jobs. $0 maintenance/recall visits count against it.
- Revenue = invoice subtotals (ex-tax) on 2026 invoices, attributed to jobs created in 2026 — i.e., revenue from this year's leads. Open jobs will add more.
- Cancel rate = canceled jobs ÷ booked jobs.
- ROAS is gross revenue ÷ spend. At typical margins, ~2–2.5x is break-even.
